Thurrock Council implemented Oracle Cloud HCM and needed reporting capability on their legacy Delphi HR system for the data that wasn’t migrated. Beyond Systems migrated the legacy Delphi database to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and provided new Oracle Cloud reporting capability to replace the essential reports to which Thurrock needed access.
Beyond Systems helped Thurrock Council to maximise their use of Universal Credits for the new Oracle Cloud hosted database and their existing Oracle E-Business Archive solution by implementing our ‘BEST’ Cloud Scheduling Service. BEST takes advantage of cloud flexibility so that Thurrock’s archive reporting system is available during scheduled business hours when needed and not consuming Universal Credit costs at evenings and weekends when it isn’t. This resulted in a 64% reduction in Universal Credits costs for the cloud hosted Oracle E-Business archive alone!
