Developing a Council ‘Cloud First’ Enterprise Data and Analytic Strategy
Many Councils are adopting a ‘Cloud First’ strategy, which by its very nature allows for a gradual migration of processes from on-premise to the Cloud. Some are leading with a migration to Cloud ERP/HCM before considering the analytic strategy, whilst others are moving on-premise Analytics to Cloud as the initial step before looking at moving their ERP/HCM systems.
Please join us for an interactive day in the company of colleagues from other Councils as we consider both of these approaches and how your Council can best develop an enterprise analytic strategy.
Registration with light refreshments available from 10.00am with the event to start at 10.30am. Networking lunch provided, along with free car parking at Oracle offices in Solihull.
