Now evolving into PRISM·PS
Beyond Systems originally created the UK Public Sector Oracle BI Working Party to bring together public sector organisations using Oracle technologies for reporting, analytics and better decision-making.
That original idea remains just as relevant today — but the conversation has moved on.
Public sector organisations are now working across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM and Procurement, alongside wider reporting, analytics, data quality and AI challenges. Many councils, NHS organisations, universities and other public bodies are solving similar problems, often in parallel.
To support that wider need, the Working Party is now evolving into PRISM·PS — Peer Reporting and Insight for Public Sector organisations.
PRISM·PS is a peer-led community for public sector organisations using Oracle Cloud across Finance, HR and Procurement. It exists to help people share practical examples, common challenges and real-world approaches to reporting, analytics, data quality and AI.
Beyond Systems is facilitating PRISM·PS, helping to bring the community together and support the conversations, but the purpose is peer collaboration rather than a Beyond-led sales or product group.

- Analytics and management information
- Data quality and governance
- AI and emerging reporting approaches
- Practical examples from real public sector projects
- Common challenges, lessons learned and reusable ideas

The UK Public Sector Oracle BI Working Party has provided a useful foundation for collaboration over many years. PRISM·PS builds on that foundation and widens the focus for today’s Oracle Cloud public sector landscape.
